Refunds and Returns

Your Right to Cancel
If you order through our website you have the legal right to cancel your
order within seven working days of receipt of the goods or within seven
working days of placing your order.
If you choose to cancel your order, payment will be refunded to the card
used for making the purchase and you must return the goods to us. Refund
will be made once the goods have been received by us.  You can return
your goods by sending them to Hi Kent, 18 Brewer Street, Maidstone,
Kent, ME14 1RU.

Hi Kent Return Policy
In addition to the above legal requirement Hi Kent operate a voluntary
28 day Return Policy.  We will refund any item (less postage) within 28
days of purchase (proof of purchase required).  The goods must be in
condition as sold, free from defects and alterations.

When sending a return

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. This means you
are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We do not
accept liability for parcels damaged during transit.
We advise you to wrap the product adequately, wherever possible using
the original packing, and strongly recommend that you send the parcel
using an insured delivery service.

Please include the following details with all returns:
  • Your Daytime Telephone Number
  • Your Hi Kent Order No.
  • The reason for the return
