Normal open hours are: 9am - 1pm; 2pm - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Appointments can be made although they are not always necessary.
Positioned centrally in the county town and within four minutes' easy walk of the Chequers Shopping Centre via Week Street (just past McDonalds turn right at the Blockbuster video shop) and just two minutes from Maidstone East Rail Station or the Fremlin Walk shopping area.
Car parking for visitors to the Centre is in nearby Public Car Parks in Brewer Street.
A fully working equipment display room enables visitors to test and try a wide range of assistive equipment with advice always available.
