Technology Help

We offer this service for anyone with a hearing loss who struggles to use their devices, including computers, tablets and smartphones. We can help with different apps and Bluetooth. And we can also help with the setting up of assistive equipment and how to use it.

This support can be provided:

• face-to-face at our Maidstone office
• face-to-face at our Canterbury office
• face-to-face in your home
• over the phone
• via an online platform such as Zoom or WhatsApp
• via email
